This is a deposit only for the ‘half off’ move up date for extensions. It can only be used on the dates selected by Micah Ayers.
Half off of a full move up is great saving and spaces are limited. With that being said, there are stipulations to take a place on that date. Must pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 to hold a place. If your 15 minutes, you will lose your spot for ‘half off’ a move up and it will result in the full move up price of $250
